Massage (Abhyanga – Ayurvedic self-massage):
Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of sesame oil in a double boiler, then massage all over the body: long strokes on the arms and legs, circular strokes on the joints, let it penetrate for 15 to 20 minutes before a lukewarm (not too hot) shower.

Hair :
Apply sesame oil to the lengths and ends, leave on for about 30 minutes then shampoo, once or twice a week to nourish and protect the hair fiber.

Jodhur tip:
In winter, practicing a self-massage with warm sesame oil before showering each morning helps to warm the body, nourish the skin and give an energy boost for the day.
