PRECAUTIONSOccasional undiluted use is possible. Diluted for regular use. OK from 3 years old (very diluted).
FOR YOUR FACE:Daily soothing treatment. Mix 2 drops in 10ml of argan oil. Apply to irritated areas. Morning and/or evening. SOS minor irritation/burn. 1 drop undiluted on the affected area. Repeat 2-3 times a day.
NOW BROADCASTINGAdd 6-8 drops to your diffuser 30 minutes before bedtime.
FOR SLEEPING1-2 drops on your pillow. Or on a tissue near the bed
JODHUR TIPHomemade soothing balm: 50g of melted shea butter + 15 drops of lavender. Let it solidify. Perfect for minor cuts and dry skin.

Lavender is one of the few essential oils that can be used undiluted occasionally (on a pimple, a small burn). But for regular use, always dilute it.

Yes! Diffused 30 minutes before bedtime or 1-2 drops on the pillow, it promotes a more peaceful sleep.

✦ Convient-elle aux enfants ?

From age 3, fine lavender can be used highly diluted (1 drop per tablespoon of vegetable oil). Always seek medical advice.
