Usage (pregnancy prevention – 2x/day):
Apply the balm generously morning and evening to the stomach, hips, breasts and thighs, then massage in circular motions until absorbed, from the 4th month of pregnancy and continuing for at least 3 months after delivery.

Jodhur tip:
Apply the balm to slightly damp skin just after showering to improve the penetration of active ingredients and enhance hydration by retaining water in the epidermis.
