EVENING (recommended) •Apply 3-4 drops to a clean, slightly damp face. Gently massage from the center outwards, moving upwards.

MORNING (dry skin) •2 drops mixed with your day cream or alone under sunscreen.

CREAM BOOSTER •Add 1-2 drops to your usual cream to enrich its formula.

EYE CONTOUR •One micro-drop gently tapped on may be suitable for this area if it is so well tolerated.

FACIAL MASSAGE •Ideal for a 5-minute facial massage in the evening. Stimulates circulation and helps active ingredients penetrate.

💡 JODHUR TIP:Warm the drops between your palms for 10 seconds before applying, then gently press them onto your face (instead of rubbing). This "press and release" technique improves absorption and stimulates circulation.

Yes! Well-chosen plant oils aren't greasy and can even regulate sebum production. Use a maximum of two drops in the evening and observe. Your skin may react very well.

✦ Oil or cream, which to choose?

The oil nourishes and protects but doesn't hydrate (it doesn't provide water). Ideally: mist with floral water, then apply the oil to seal in the moisture. Or use the oil in the evening and a cream in the morning.

✦ Can this oil replace my entire routine?

For minimalists, yes! Cleanser + this oil can be enough as a simple and effective routine, especially for normal to dry skin.
