Mentha Piperita Oil 100%. Pure, organic, high menthol content.

✦ Can I apply it undiluted to my face?

NO, never! Peppermint essential oil is highly concentrated. Always dilute it: a maximum of 2 drops in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or your cream. Undiluted, it burns and irritates the skin.

✦ Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

No, peppermint is too stimulating for sensitive or reactive skin. Opt for lavender or rose instead. If you want to try it, dilute it to a maximum of 1% and do a skin test 24 hours beforehand.

✦ Can I use it on my skin every day?

Yes, but always diluted (2% max). Use daily as a toner (in rose water) or serum (in vegetable oil). Do not use undiluted daily, as this may cause irritation.
