How to use it

Moroccan bees produce propolis that is particularly rich in flavonoids thanks to the country's floral biodiversity (thyme, rosemary, euphorbia). Moroccan propolis is among the most potent in the world.

1- Propolis vs honey, what's the difference?

Honey nourishes and hydrates the surface. Propolis acts more deeply—it is anti-infectious and healing. Honey for general comfort, propolis for targeted treatment.

2- Possible allergy?

Yes, rare but possible, especially in people allergic to bee products. Always test on your wrist before applying to your face.

3- How to use it (general, non-medical ideas)?

Examples of indicative dosages from specialist brands, always to be adapted according to the product and medical advice:

Adult mother tincture: very often a few drops, 1 to 3 times a day, diluted in a little water or honey, for 1 to 3 weeks.
Pure propolis: around 1 g, 1 to 3 times a day, to be chewed for the throat.
Oral/nasal sprays: 2 to 6 sprays per day depending on the area and age.
Children: often from 3 years old for certain forms, with reduced doses and a limit of about 10 mg/kg/day for supplements, for a maximum of 10–15 days.

For general public use, short courses of treatment (1–3 weeks) are often recommended during seasonal changes or at the first signs of a cold.
