1- Sweet almond vs. bitter almond?

Be careful, these are not the same thing. Bitter almond oil is toxic in high doses. Always check that it comes from Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (SWEET almond).

2- Can it be used as a makeup remover?

Absolutely. Massage a few drops onto your face, then rinse with a damp cotton pad. It dissolves makeup without irritating the skin.

Sweet almond oil is naturally rich in fatty acids, vitamin E and phytosterols, making it an ally for nourishing, softening and smoothing the skin.
